ABOUT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Business HR Solutions. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including payroll processing, management, health & safety, and recruitment.

 

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how HR Solutions Consulting  (“HR Solutions”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses and discloses information from and about you when you visit and use www.the-hrsolutions-uk.com, applications and virtual learning environments/online campus platforms (collectively, the “Websites”), as well as your ability to control certain uses of that information. HR Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. By accessing or otherwise using the Websites, you agree to HR Solutions collection, use and disclosure of your information, as data controller, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into HR Solutions Terms of Use.

 

1. Account Registration:

1.1. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on HR Solutions.

1.2. Each phone number can only be registered to one account.

1.3. Do not re-bind the same wallet to another platform account, as appropriate action will be taken.

1.4. Keep your account and Withdrawal passwords confidential. The platform will not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized access.

 

2. Platform Usage:

2.1. The system randomly allocates Professional Post, and once allocated, changes, cancellations, or abandonment of Professional Post are strictly prohibited.

2.2. Any inappropriate use of the account will result in legal action.

2.3. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.

2.4. The platform may require additional verification steps, such as identity verification or address verification, before allowing users to use certain features.

2.5. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.

2.6. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account and using the platform.

2.7. Users shall not engage in any fraudulent activity, including the creation of multiple accounts or manipulation of the system to receive more than the permitted quantity of Assign Posts.

2.8. Users must not share their account information, including login credentials and withdrawal codes, with anyone else.

2.9. The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access to certain features or services if the user violates any of the terms and conditions.

2.10. Users must agree to receive communications from the Platform, including messages and notifications regarding their accounts and  Assign Post.

2.11. When completing the account daily Assign post can contact live support to claim $1-1000

 

3. Assign Post:

3.1. Ensure that all post are assign before you can withdraw or reset your account.

3.2. Accounts with a balance of less than 50 balance cannot be Assign. Ensure that you have a balance of at least 50 before accepting any Assign Post.

 3.3 Assign Post must be completed within one day of acceptance. If unable to complete within one day, inform customer service immediately.

3.4  Each Daily Assign may contain 0-3 set Professional Posts.

3.5. Each Professional Posts may contain 1-3 Post.

3.6. All exchange rates will follow the regulations of the platform’s financial department, and there will be different exchange rates every minute.

3.7. An upgrade on Member Tier Level will reward Professional Post.

3.8.Any delay in completion must be approved by the Merchant. Platform will calculate the amount of the delay fee to be paid according to the delay fee given by the Merchant. Please contact Customer Service for more information

3.9. Failure to complete the assign within the given time frame will result in the account being permanently frozen, and the amount in the account may not be withdrawn.

3.10. Accounts can only be deleted when they are completed and have 0 balance.

3.11. Each account has the possibility to get a reset assign order bonus.

3.12. Each of the 16 assign Post may include random Professional Post.

 

4. Withdrawal:

4.1. Withdrawal of salary can only be submitted after all assign have been completed.

4.2. You can withdraw your earned funds on the platform, subject to certain conditions.

4.3 All daily Postmust be assign before the account is withdraw or reset.

4.4. Before proceeding with withdrawal, ensure that you have bound your withdrawal address on the platform.

4.5. Withdraw your funds on the menu page "Withdrawal" interface. Click the "Withdrawal" button and input the amount you want to withdraw and your Withdrawal pin to proceed with withdrawal.

4.6. The Withdrawal duration is within 20 minutes, and the withdrawal time is the same as the platform's operating time.

4.7.Withdrawalcan only be applied if the credit score is 100. If it is less than 100, please contact live support for details.

4.8.New users must verify KYC their own account before proceed the withdrawal.

 

5. Liability and Disputes:

5.1. The Platform is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform or any post assign through the Platform.

5.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their accounts contain the funds required to complete any assign they accept.

5.3. The Platform is not responsible for any loss of funds due to the User's failure to complete the assign post or due to unauthorised access to the User's account.

5.4. The platform reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity.

5.5. The platform may collect and use personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

5.6. Only one wallet can be used to transfer funds from one account, and the wallet address must be the same as the account withdrawal address.

5.7. Each account will have once to activate the reserve fund per daily assign. 

 

6. Modifications and Termination:

6.1. The platform reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

6.2. The platform may terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without cause.

6.3. The platform may charge fees for certain services or features, and users will be notified of any such fees before they are incurred.

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

This section of the terms is important and you should read it carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HR Solutions and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any:

7.1. Loss to you which was not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breaching these Terms or otherwise failing to use reasonable skill and care in our provision of the Services;

7.2. Loss to you which was caused by the actions or omissions of any third party (including any third party to whom we may have introduced you);

7.3. Damage to your property (including data and digital devices), unless such damage is caused by our failing to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. However, we will not be liable for damage which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage which was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place any minimum system requirements advised by us; or

7.4. Business losses, including:

(i) Loss of profits, sales or contracts;

(ii) Loss of income or revenue;

(iii) Loss of business opportunity or goodwill or reputation; or

(iv) Wasted management or office time. 

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where HR Solutions is registered.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction where HR Solutions is registered.
